Why Carrie?

Hi! Why me? Well, I have over 35 years of training and experience in the fitness and personal training industry. I provide the training, support and encouragement necessary to help people reach their fitness and performance goals... whether that might be running a marathon, passing RCMP or VPD fitness testing, making the draft, or keeping up with your grand kids. I have worked with high level NHL athletes like Dennis Cholowski and Greg Zanon. I have helped my client Angela lose over 60 lbs on her weight loss journey. I have worked with Jen a Paraplegic, who just completed her first half marathon. Whether you are looking for weight loss, race training, sport-specific training, high performance athletic training, looking to pass the PEAR or PHOPAT, or just looking to stay healthy and feel great, I am here to help you be the best you can be!
