This week we continue with Carrie Light's great workout videos from the Training4Life video series. Volume 5 includes more Bosu and step work outs to get you lean and mean!
This workout requires a Bosu or a step. However, you could even do this workout without either if necessary. The workout involves mostly cardio/power with some strength components hitting most all major muscle groups.
Rated: Advanced if using the Bosu; Moderate to Advanced if using the Step; and Moderate if using the floor.
