It's the holiday season again and we all like to indulde in a little holiday cheer. But before you do, have a read through these simple tips to help avoid putting on the holiday pounds.

2Choose champagne, vodka & soda, gin & soda, wine or light beer. These all run around 80 to 100 calories for 5oz of wine and champagne, 1oz spirits, and a small bottle of beer. Remember, alcohol is just empty calories, so limit them.
