Volume 6: Body Power Workout

This is a great exercise video for those who don't have any equipment at home, like dumbbells or steps. Follow along with Carrie, as she shows you a few cardio power moves. Perfect for the park, during or after a run!

This workout is all about you and your body alone. Nothing is required except your body. It involves high level cardio endurance with power moves.

Volume 5: Bosu Cardio Plus Step Workout

This week we continue with Carrie Light's great workout videos from the Training4Life video series. Volume 5 includes more Bosu and step work outs to get you lean and mean!

This workout requires a Bosu or a step. However, you could even do this workout without either if necessary. The workout involves mostly cardio/power with some strength components hitting most all major muscle groups.
Rated: Advanced if using the Bosu; Moderate to Advanced if using the Step; and Moderate if using the floor.
